1 How do I join the webinar?
After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with the join link and calendar details. The link will also be available on the confirmation page. Join 10 minutes early to test your audio.
2 Will I get a recording?
Yes. All registered attendees receive access to the full session recording within 24 hours after the live event ends. You can watch it as many times as you want.
3 Is the e-book included?
Yes. Every webinar registration includes free access to the accompanying e-book. You will receive the download link in your confirmation email.
4 What is your refund policy?
Full refund if requested at least 24 hours before the webinar. Within 1 hour of the webinar, you can get a 50% refund or transfer to the next session. After the webinar, contact us within 48 hours and we will review your case.
5 Can I transfer my registration to someone else?
Yes. Email us at support@chandanithinks.com with your order number and the new attendee's name and email. We will update the registration at no extra cost.
6 What if I miss the live session?
You will still receive the recording and e-book. However, live sessions include interactive Q&A and real-time feedback that you cannot get from the recording.
7 How do I access the PDF after purchase?
After payment, you will receive an email with a secure link to access your PDF. You can also log in to your account and download it from the downloads section. Links are personal and should not be shared.
8 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and popular wallets through our secure payment partner Cashfree. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant.
9 My payment went through but I did not receive an email.
Check your spam/junk folder first. If it is not there, email us at support@chandanithinks.com with your name and payment screenshot. We will resolve it within 24 hours.
10 Is this suitable for experienced professionals?
